We're seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to represent our national brand as local faces of our company. As a Field Marketing Ambassador, you will be responsible for executing national brand marketing objectives, strategies, and tactical programs. You will develop and support dynamic consumer sampling opportunities, working with the sales team to achieve joint goals.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and distribute Alani at designated events, trade shows, festivals, and other high-traffic locations.
• Engage with consumers and provide product information to highlight benefits and unique selling points.
• Encourage product trial by offering samples and creating positive experiences.
• Embody brand values, personality, and mission to build strong connections with the target audience.
• Treat branded sampling vehicles with care and maintain upkeep and premium appearance.

Requirements

• Fundamental Requirements:
• Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Clean driving record and valid state driver's license.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs consistently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage event logistics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends & holidays.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
