BrandNation is a full-service marketing and production agency based in Houston. We partner with growing businesses across legal, medical, home services, education, and retail to help them increase visibility, trust, and revenue through smart digital marketing. Our work spans social media, paid advertising, website development, content, and media production. We are looking for a driven sales professional who wants to grow with a fast-moving agency and earn based on performance.
Role Overview
The Digital Growth Specialist is responsible for selling BrandNation’s digital marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on inbound and warm outbound leads and selling clearly defined digital retainers such as social media management, paid ads, and entry-level website projects.
This is an execution-focused sales role. You will follow a defined sales process, present approved offers, and close deals. Strategic pricing, large contracts, and enterprise-level opportunities will be supported by senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to local businesses
- Run discovery calls to understand business goals, challenges, and budgets
- Present and sell pre-approved digital marketing packages and retainers
- Close monthly recurring revenue (MRR) deals within set pricing guidelines
- Collect deposits and ensure contracts are executed correctly
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking in the CRM
Digital Offer Knowledge
- Understand BrandNation’s digital services, including:
- Social media management
- Paid social and Google ads (managed services)
- Website development projects tied to ongoing retainers
- Clearly explain the value of digital marketing solutions to business owners
- Identify upsell opportunities within digital services when appropriate
Process & Handoff
- Follow BrandNation’s sales scripts, pricing, and approval process
- Coordinate clean handoffs to the account management and production teams
- Communicate expectations clearly to clients to avoid scope or delivery issues
Performance Expectations
- Close 2–4 new digital retainer clients per month after ramp-up
- Achieve $6K–$10K in new monthly recurring revenue by 90 days
- Maintain professional communication and accurate reporting
- Meet weekly activity and revenue goals
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of sales experience (agency, media, B2B services, or similar)
- Comfortable selling services in the $1,500–$5,000 per month range
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, websites)
- Coachable, disciplined, and process-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Compensation
- Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: 10–15% of collected digital revenue (first 6 months of each deal)
- On-target earnings: $80,000–$100,000+ for strong performers
- Commission paid on recurring revenue, not one-time activity
Work Location
- Houston office (in-person role)
- Monday–Friday business hours
