Account Manager for Digital Marketing Agency - Remote

Position Overview

At Bonafide, as a Marketing Account Manager for Inbound Agency, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for directing inbound marketing campaigns, project management, and building strong relationships. You will strategize, execute, and optimize marketing plans to drive traffic, leads, and sales in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment open to full-time, part-time, and contract applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow our clients’ traffic, leads and sales – #1 priority
• Develop genuine, long-term relationships with clients
• Increase account spend strategically
• Manage agency resources with profitability and efficiency in mind
• Establish short- and long-range objectives with clients and manage expectations
• Direct activities required to achieve client goals
• Maintain constant communication to proactively identify client needs and deliver solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage deliverables and service execution
• Project-manage all aspects of client marketing campaigns
• Respond to client requests and concerns with urgency and focus
• Collaborate with supervisors to report on campaign progress, milestones, and account health

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with HubSpot and inbound marketing methodology
• Experience with WordPress
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management systems
• 2–3 years managing internet/digital/inbound marketing campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree
