POSITION: Video / Multi-Media Content Lead

LOCATION: Kemah, Texas
SUMMARY: We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video/Multi-Media Designer to create high-quality visual content across digital platforms. This role involves designing videos, animations, and assets that enhance our brand and support marketing, training, and promotions. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and has a strong grasp of storytelling, branding, and digital media best practices.
Duties Or Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and events.
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished final products, including sound mixing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using After Effects or comparable tools.
- Design supporting multimedia assets such as graphics, thumbnails, still imagery, and short-form social content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas and scripts into visually engaging media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video and graphic deliverables.
- Capture video and still photography as needed.
- Manage project timelines, organize media assets, and ensure all content is optimized for various platforms.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
- Premiere Pro - video editing
- After Effects - motion graphics and visual effects
- Photoshop - image editing and graphic design
- Audition - audio edits for podcasts
- Portfolio demonstrates video, animation, and multimedia design work.
- Familiarity with DSLR Cameras. (Sony A73, A74)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients including C-Level executives.
- Experience with audio editing, color grading, and camera operation.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Audition, or 3D software is a plus.
- Experience producing short-form content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- Knowledge of live event video production or streaming technologies.
- Ability to storyboard and script simple video concepts.
- Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies.
- CMS experience or willingness to learn (WordPress, WIX, Squarespace, Metro Publisher, etc)
- Artificial Intelligence software (ElevenLabs, PhotoshopAI, and ChatGPT Pro)
