Position Overview & Responsibilities
Complete all provided leads in your designated territory in a timely manner. As a Brinks sales rep you will meet with the customers at their home and educate them with your expert knowledge. You will be trained on everything from sales skills, equipment training, and top-rated customer service skills.
Brinks Sales Rep responsibilities include
- Represent Brinks Home Security professionally and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure a positive, high-quality customer experience in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your skills and build leadership abilities.
- Stay informed on the latest industry developments through team meetings and training workshops.
- Qualify prospects within your sales territory and maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Guide prospects through the sales process with exceptional consultative and customer service skills.
- Update sales and client databases with accurate information.
- Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
Compensation
Most first-year sales reps earn over $70k, thanks to our generous pay structure! We pride ourselves on a positive, motivated environment where everyone shares the goal of selling a product we believe in and being well-compensated for it.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills for a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability
- Valid driver’s license
- 18 years or older
- Highschool diploma or GED
