WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a full- or part-time Scheduler - Dispatcher, you start your day at 8 AM. Organized and friendly, you easily handle incoming calls from customers, providing courteous and professional assistance. In this dispatch role, your primary responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, coordinating technician dispatches, and managing the daily workflow to maximize efficiency. Throughout the day, you update customers on appointment statuses, handle any scheduling changes, and maintain accurate records.
