What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, interactive in-home sales presentations
• Educate homeowners on energy-efficient home improvement solutions
• Collaborate with a high-energy, supportive field sales team
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

Compensation & Perks

• Earning potential: $75,000 – $134,000/year
• Hourly base pay + uncapped commissions

⭐ Sign-On Bonus Details

New hires are eligible for a $4,100 sign-on bonus, paid weekly at $325 during training. Bonus eligibility requires completion of all training milestones and the first qualified appointment that results in a deal. Full details are provided in the employment agreement.
