Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of sports marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and on-site support for sporting events. Manage social media content creation and scheduling specifically for sports-related initiatives. Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sponsorship opportunities. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events. Liaise with athletes, teams, and brand ambassadors. Maintain relationships with media outlets and sports publications. Assist in managing the marketing budget for sports-related projects. Contribute creative ideas for engaging sports marketing content and initiatives. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, with a focus on sports. Strong understanding of the sports industry and current trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. Willingness to travel to various event locations as needed. This role is based in our Houston, Texas, US office and requires regular in-person attendance.
