Our client, a dynamic leader in digital transformation, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Strategist. Based in Houston, Texas, US, this pivotal role is responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Drive continuous improvement in website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email automation, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- A passion for digital innovation and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
