Lead Creative Producer - Immersive Experiences

Our client, a prestigious arts and entertainment institution in Houston, Texas, US , is looking for an innovative and experienced Lead Creative Producer to spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge immersive experiences. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in conceptualizing, planning, and delivering captivating artistic projects that push the boundaries of traditional entertainment. You will be responsible for managing the entire creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring artistic integrity, technical feasibility, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic sensibility, project management prowess, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies in the entertainment sector. Key responsibilities include developing compelling creative concepts for new exhibitions, performances, and interactive installations; overseeing multidisciplinary teams of artists, designers, technologists, and fabricators; managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope; conducting research into new technologies and artistic trends to inform creative direction; collaborating with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional strategies; and evaluating project success through audience feedback and performance metrics. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Theater, Digital Media, or a related creative field is required. Significant experience (5+ years) in producing large-scale creative projects, particularly in immersive or experiential environments, is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Familiarity with VR/AR technologies, interactive installations, projection mapping, and other advanced media is highly desirable. This role requires on-site presence in Houston, Texas, US to effectively lead and collaborate with the production teams and engage with stakeholders in person.
