E-commerce Marketing Manager

Our client, a fast-growing online retail brand, is seeking an innovative and data-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts from anywhere. This is a fully remote role for a strategic thinker focused on driving online sales and brand growth in **Houston, Texas, US** market and beyond.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets. Oversee the content strategy for the e-commerce website, ensuring it is engaging, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand messaging. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers. Manage social media presence, engaging with the community and leveraging platforms for brand awareness and sales. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with the web development and UX/UI teams to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates on the website. Identify and implement A/B testing strategies for website elements, ad creatives, and email campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively. Research and identify new marketing opportunities and emerging digital platforms. Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and marketing partners. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value through strategic initiatives. Contribute to the overall e-commerce business strategy and growth initiatives. Work closely with product management to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions. Oversee affiliate programs and influencer marketing strategies. Implement strategies to improve customer reviews and online reputation. Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets. Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies. Experience in content marketing and copywriting is a plus. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Strategic mindset with a passion for driving online growth.
