Responsibilities

Develop innovative digital marketing strategies tailored to individual client goals and target audiences. Oversee the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform strategy. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) for maximum ROI. Develop engaging content strategies and collaborate with content creators. Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, account management) to ensure seamless campaign integration. Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reports to clients. Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell potential. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing efforts. Ensure campaigns are aligned with client branding and messaging guidelines. Monitor and report on website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Strong understanding of client service principles and relationship management. Experience in an agency environment is a plus. Familiarity with website CMS platforms is beneficial.
