Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce & Social Media)

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce brand in **Houston, Texas, US**, is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and engaging target audiences through innovative digital campaigns. This is a fully remote position, requiring a proactive approach to campaign management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for e-commerce platforms. Manage and optimize all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), including content creation, scheduling, community management, and paid social advertising. Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website visibility and organic/paid search performance. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance analysis. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads), managing budgets and optimizing for ROI. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and web developers to produce engaging digital assets. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify new opportunities. Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors, if applicable. Contribute to the overall brand strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Monitor competitor digital marketing activities and identify competitive advantages. Develop and manage A/B testing initiatives to optimize website conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to stakeholders. Manage and optimize product listing pages on e-commerce platforms. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media management. Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results (sales, leads, engagement). In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Experience in a remote work environment is essential. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in marketing automation tools is a plus.
