Wave Granite and Marble Inc. is a renowned natural and engineered stone company specializing in the fabrication and installation of granite, quartz, marble, and other premium surfaces for residential and commercial projects.

We operate two locations

• Fabrication Unit & Showroom – Where stone fabrication, cutting, and installation coordination take place, along with a showroom for material selection and design finalization.
• Designer Center & Showroom – A client-facing space serving homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors for material selection and project planning.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends outside relationship-building and field sales with showroom-based sales. The ideal candidate is confident working with builders, designers, contractors and homeowners, and can manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.

Key Responsibilities

Outside Sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, and contractors.
• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
• Follow up on active projects, referrals, and existing accounts.
• Visit job sites, design firms, and construction offices as needed.
• Represent Wave Granite and Marble professionally in the field.

Inside Sales (Showroom & Office)

• Greet and assist walk-in clients at the Designer Center & Showrooms and perform sales.
• Guide customers through material selection and design options.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Coordinate closely with fabrication and installation teams if needed.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (construction, stone, countertops, cabinetry, or building materials only).
• Experience in granite, quartz, marble, or countertop sales (preferred).
• Existing relationships with builders and designers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working both outside field sales and in a showroom.
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow up and close deals.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM, quoting software).
• Valid Drivers License.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
