A company is looking for a Sales Executive responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals while influencing agent behavior

Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and manage a territory of independent agents

Participate in regional strategy meetings and assist in the implementation of new production launches

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong industry knowledge and advanced relationship management skills

Ability to learn quickly and effectively prioritize and organize tasks
