A company is looking for a Call Center Representative | Communication Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate phone calls between deaf or hard of hearing individuals and hearing individuals
Utilize communication software to relay conversations accurately
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while assisting customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at 60 words per minute with minimal errors
Excellent customer service experience
Ability to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays
