A company is looking for a Patient Communications Representative (Self-Pay) to manage customer service activities related to patient accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with patients regarding repayment of medical debt and establish payment arrangements

Achieve assigned goals related to resolutions, call quality, and productivity standards

Perform account research and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of six months experience in a call center environment preferred

PC experience in a Windows environment

Basic keyboarding skills

Previous sales or customer service experience
