Go-To-Market Lead

A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Lead to oversee commercial execution and partnerships in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the Go-To-Market strategy from pre-launch through significant total value locked (TVL)

Source and negotiate strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, and liquidity providers

Lead exchange listings strategy and ensure healthy liquidity and sustainable incentives

Required Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in Web3, DeFi, or crypto capital markets

Proven experience in EVM ecosystems and closing strategic partnerships

Deep understanding of stablecoins and DeFi liquidity mechanics

Strong commercial judgment with the ability to assess deal viability

Experience launching or scaling stablecoins or yield products is a strong plus
