Required Qualifications

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including managing Marketing Automation and Sales Development teams

Proven track record in designing complex customer journeys that combine automated and human sales efforts

Deep proficiency with HubSpot as an orchestration engine for sales and marketing

Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and guide teams effectively

A "Revenue First" mindset focused on Pipeline ARR, Expansion Revenue, and Retention
