Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Orange, TX. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying opportunities for growth, conducting market research, and generating leads. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with clients, maintaining exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and an orientation toward data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
  • Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service and managing client relationships
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and achieve goals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales or marketing platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
