Marketing & Growth Lead Opportunity

We’re a fast-moving organization looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead to build and run our marketing engine. This role is for someone with senior-level experience who isn’t afraid to get in the weeds and execute while shaping strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Build and run marketing campaigns end to end (strategy → execution → reporting)
• Own brand awareness and messaging
• Run and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns
• Manage analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
• Support lead generation tied to appointment setting and sales teams
• Work with dialer systems, CRMs, and marketing tools
• Handle PR, advertising, and basic marketing research
• Execute social media, events, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Senior marketing experience (startup or growth-stage preferred)
• Strong with data, analytics, and reporting
• Hands-on with paid ads, dialers, and marketing tech
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving fast
• Bonus: solar, renewable, or contract-sales experience
