Description
Job Summary
The Coordinator of Digital Customer Service assists prospective and current students with all matters related to acquiring and maintaining financial by creating engaging digital content to disseminate financial aid information over various institutions and social media platforms.
Duties
- Participates and collaborates in outreach activities and special events planning
- Creates appropriate, engaging content for social media that promotes financial aid information, events, initiatives, and services
- Engages and responds to inquiries/comments on various platforms in a timely manner
- Develops strategies to increase followership and engagement
- Stays current on social media trends to maintain a competitive and relevant edge for UHD's Financial Aid Office
- Meets with supervisor to review upcoming events and social media posting schedule

Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
Required Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience

Knowledge
- General knowledge in creating content through video, images, and other digital media
- Knowledge of the financial aid process in a higher education environment and of the related trends, issues, and practices
