Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Support Specialist based in the USA. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks, provide excellent customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between customers and the sales team, supporting sales operations, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and sales data
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a positive client experience
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate information clearly and professionally
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including managing and supporting processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with common sales and CRM software tools
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education are a bonus
