About the Role: Total Risk Advisors, LLC is expanding rapidly, and we are building a best-in-class Agent Accelerator system designed to help new agents get trained, confident, and paid quickly.

We are looking for a licensed Insurance Agent to be Hiring Manager / Sales Manager and will play a key role in this growth.

This person will be the first point of human connection for agents — screening candidates via phone/Zoom, answering questions, setting expectations, and ensuring agents are set up for success once they join.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Candidate Screening & Hiring Conversations

  • Conduct introductory calls with prospective agents
  • Lead two-way conversations to ensure:
  • The candidate understands the opportunity
  • The candidate is a good cultural and business fit
  • Clearly explain:
  • Income expectations (realistic, not hype)
  • What it takes to succeed
  • Answer questions with confidence, honesty, and compassion
  • Guide qualified candidates through the sign-up process

2. Agent Onboarding & Early Support

Step in for Agency Owner when needed to

  • Conduct onboarding calls
  • Walk new agents through their first steps
  • Ensure agents are properly set up inside the system
  • Help new agents:
  • Understand the training flow
  • Stay motivated during the first 10 days
  • Know exactly what to do next
  • Serve as a consistent, encouraging point of contact for new agents

3. Agent Accelerator Support & Retention

  • Reinforce daily action and momentum
  • Help agents overcome early doubts or confusion
  • Encourage agents to stay plugged into the system
  • Identify agents who need additional support and escalate when necessary
  • Celebrate wins and progress — especially first policies written

4. Leadership Growth (Future Opportunity)

As the system scales, you will

  • Help train additional Hiring Managers / Sales Managers (with opportunity to grow your own team)
  • Contribute to improving the onboarding and training experience

Compensation & Income Potential

  • Paid as a percentage of commissions (we start at 70% commissions, so the percentage you earn is higher than most agencies)
  • Income scales with:
  • Number of agents onboarded
  • Agent retention and success
  • High income potential for leaders who help enroll and support a strong agent base
  • No cap on growth — this role expands as the Agent Accelerator grows

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year
