Sales Closer – Tint, PPF, Wraps, Ceramic Coating

At TINTN, we don’t just tint windows — we dominate the market with high-end tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, and detailing services. We are growing fast and need a true closer who lives for sales, thrives under pressure, and gets paid on results.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with inbound leads, walk-in clients, and phone inquiries — and close them on the spot.
• Run consultations, explain benefits, and upsell premium packages.
• Build urgency and overcome objections with confidence.
• Follow up relentlessly — calls, texts, and emails — until the deal is closed.
• Hit and exceed personal sales targets weekly and monthly.
• Keep CRM notes clean so the pipeline never leaks.
• Be the face of TINTN — representing our high standards and luxury brand image.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales (auto, solar, gym memberships, roofing, home services, etc.).
• Confident, competitive, and money-motivated.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills — you know how to sell the sizzle, not just the steak.
• High energy, thick-skinned, and relentless follow-up game.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment.

Bonus if you have

• Experience selling automotive, home improvement, or luxury services.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $100.00 per hour
