Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for driving new business and managing relationships with existing clients. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting in-person and phone consultations, presenting preneed insurance solutions, and guiding clients through the application and enrollment process. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and excellent customer service. The Executive Sales Representative will also participate in local networking activities, community outreach, and training sessions to stay informed about products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
