We’re looking for a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing company.
The Marketing Manager at Sweet Paris is responsible for developing and implementing
multiple, simultaneous communication and marketing efforts at both the corporate and
franchise level, and across digital and traditional platforms. The position requires a passion for
social media, the ability to structure and develop advertising campaigns in social media
platforms, a focus on innovative content creation (both photography and videography) and its
skillful incorporation into responsive social and traditional media campaigns that generate a
high level of engagement with our current and future guests, driving traffic and sales at all
Sweet Paris locations. The Marketing Manager is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and
hardworking individual with strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with a passion for the restaurant industry and customer experience.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in the restaurant franchising industry, with a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a strong ability to work on social media and digital application campaigns.
- Innovative thinker who can plan, strategize and execute integrated campaigns and promotions.
- Previous experience and deep understanding of social media ad campaign creation, configuration, targeting and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and a do-it-yourself organizational structure.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to spearhead own set of projects with little oversight.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in leading and managing projects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Knowledge of email & text marketing.
- Strong internal and external client relationship skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise documents including strategy briefs, KPIs, reports, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate interpretation capabilities.
- Fast learner with a strategic, results driven mindset and a desire to grow.
- Experience with planning and organizing events.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, graphic design or advertising.
- Master’s degree in marketing preferred.
