Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $48,000–$70,000 base + performance profit share up to unlimited!! You can easily make $200,000-$500,000 if you know how to scale and have the work ethic.

Swagflo is a growth-stage technology and commerce company operating a portfolio of B2B and DTC brands. We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing and funnel performance across multiple brands.

This role offers direct profit-sharing tied to ROAS and revenue growth for candidates who perform.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok LinkedIn)
• Own email marketing strategy, flows, and campaign execution
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
• Track and improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue attribution
• Scale winning campaigns across multiple brands
• Support and coordinate SEO initiatives
• Report performance metrics to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in performance or growth marketing
• Strong hands-on paid ads experience
• Proven email marketing expertise
• Experience with B2B and DTC growth preferred
• Data-driven and execution-focused
• Houston-based or willing to work hybrid/on-site
