Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing plans for multiple retail stores
• Manage digital, in-store, and local marketing campaigns
• Use AI marketing tools for content creation, ad optimization, and analytics
• Supervise creative execution and ensure brand consistency
• Track performance, ROI, and sales impact; optimize campaigns accordingly

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven marketing experience (retail or multi-location preferred)
• Demonstrated success with measurable results
• Strong knowledge of AI marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stores
• Must work on-site, full-time
