Solvara Solutions is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Houston team as an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. We focus on providing our team members with the training, tools, and real-world experience needed to build strong communication and sales skills while representing our clients within a retail environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help new team members succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with customers within a retail environment
• Educate customers on current client products, services, and promotions
• Represent client brands professionally through retail marketing and sales campaigns
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Generate new customer leads and support customer acquisition efforts
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and campaign offerings
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
• Collaborate with team members and management to support campaign performance

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, and leadership
