Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for growing sales, build sales & marketing channels, driving various marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through innovative strategies. This role requires a blend of experience, analytical skills and creativity, making it perfect for someone who is passionate about sales & marketing and eager to contribute to our growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of at least 10 years in a similar position.
• Proven experience in a management role, preferably in an emerging business.
• A self-motivating leader.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Experience in the Houston Market
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build and manage a sales team.
• Bilingual, able to speak both Spanish and English preferred but not required
• Training skills.
• Understanding of market entry strategy in an emerging brand
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry is a plus
