Marketing Spa Coordinator/Client Relations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a Coordinator/ Client Relationship Manager to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Spa/Hair clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Coordinate client bookings and manage the appointment book
- Follow up with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle salon inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Support stylists and technicians with allot tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized spa/clinic environment
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and managing salon finances
- Administrative skills to assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and other office tasks
- Knowledge of sales/client management to promote products and services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in store management or customer service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
