Junior Call Centre Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated Junior Call Centre Sales Associates to support outbound and inbound sales activity linked to marketing campaigns and client promotions. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and developing commercial skills in a fast-paced marketing environment. You will represent client brands professionally, engage potential customers, and support campaign performance while receiving full training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls related to marketing campaigns and offers
• Engage potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner
• Clearly explain products, services, and promotions
• Identify customer needs and match them with relevant solutions
• Accurately record call outcomes, customer information, and feedback
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
• Escalate complex queries to senior team members when required
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and data protection standards
