Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Duties

  • Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Analyze web traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation and develop PR campaigns that align with marketing goals.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Engage with followers through social listening techniques, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in social media management, digital marketing, branding, video editing, photography, and related fields.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored for various platforms including static images, videos, blogs, and ads.
  • Expertise in Facebook Advertising campaigns along with general social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging audiences across different channels effectively.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques to drive online sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
