You will use your corporate governance experience to support U.S. and foreign entities on corporate governance, legal entity formation, corporate record maintenance, and annual reporting matters; assist with state qualifications, dissolutions, restructurings, corporate resolution preparation, and documents needed to get and maintain exchange memberships, trading platform registrations, and registration applications with various regional Independent System Operators (ISOs); and assist with banking and finance documentation.
