Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage and grow your existing book of business
• Originate and close Private Lending, BPL and DSCR loans nationally
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors
• Act as a strategic financing partner to investment-property clients
• Structure financing solutions around individual client needs
• Generate new business through self-sourced prospecting and relationship development
• Convert company-provided leads into additional production
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects and clients
• Work closely with Operations, Underwriting and Capital Markets to move transactions efficiently through closing
• Consistently work toward and exceed production objectives

We're Looking For ✅ Experience in Private Lending, BPL and/or DSCR

✅ Experience working with real estate investors

✅ Strong relationship-building and business-development skills

✅ Direct-to-consumer origination experience

✅ Ability to generate self-sourced business

✅ Strong deal-structuring and closing skills

✅ DSCR experience

✅ Fix & Flip, Bridge and/or Ground-Up Construction experience is highly valued

✅ Strong prospecting and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to develop repeat and referral business

✅ Strong CRM and pipeline-management skills
