We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused candidate with strong forklift and material-handling experience who is interested in a long-term opportunity. This position supports production by unloading raw materials, moving materials throughout the facility, and loading finished products for shipment. What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Transfer lumber and materials to production areas.
• Stage materials according to production and delivery schedules.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Check for leaks, tire wear, and equipment safety concerns.
• Safely handle and change propane cylinders.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Assist with additional material-handling and production duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of forklift operating experience required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, loading/unloading, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience safely loading and unloading materials.
• Knowledge of basic forklift inspections.
• Experience with propane forklifts preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.

Schedule & Availability Regular schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required based on company and production needs.
