About Us
On average over 100,000 people move to Houston each year, roughly 200,000 in 2025 alone, making real estate one of the fastest growing fields in the city. Due to increased competition and technology the industry is changing. Firms that aren’t able to hold on to core values while adapting will ultimately have problems in this new era. To manage this phenomenon, we focus on relationships rather than transactions alone, leveraging technology to deliver world class service.
We are Houston's only real estate firm offering brokerage and urban planning services which gives us a competitive advantage in the market. We assist our agents in this philosophy by developing relationships, opportunities, and processes that fit the way they live, work, and play. Through our core team and partners, our agents are able to offer their clients brokerage services as well as support for infill development and strategies for community revitalization. Being able to offer a full suite of services opens up their opportunities to add additional revenue streams to their pipeline while delivering exceptional value to our clients.
