Location : 100% Remote (USA)
Duration : 6 Months contract (with possible extensions)
Payrate : $25/hr on W2.
Job Description
General Function
The RISC (Retail In-Store Communication) Coordinator provides crucial support to the SGHNA RISC Team, which oversees visual merchandising for more than 1,500 Sunglass Hut locations, including SGO stores (Bass Pro and Cabela s), Solaris, and host businesses such as Bloomingdale s and Macy s.
The RISC team manages
- Print production of in-store initiatives (marketing/RISC/RSM/product)
- Graphic inventory management
- Development of marketing visual guidelines
- NRR graphic production and distribution
- Marketing/RISC campaign planning
This role requires a highly analytical professional who can interpret and analyze data to support graphics management. The ability to translate visual campaign layouts into diverse store designs using Excel is critical. A strong background in inventory management, distribution planning, and retail design is also essential.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Support SGH graphic requests with a focus on high-priority, quick-turnaround projects (e.g., Billboard Project, Review Survey image tracking).
- Execute and maintain ongoing graphic updates, including:
- Urgent inventory requests
- Time-sensitive hot jobs
- Brand image refreshes based on expiration timelines
- Promotional and new store launch assets
- Maintain updated crop images from NRR on code sheet templates.
- Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform.
- Regularly update project trackers to reflect current progress.
- Organize and manage job folders for assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate records in the job tracker for all owned projects.
- Track and log graphic-related expenditures.
=Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Analysis & Validation
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or strong PowerPoint skills to support graphic layouts
- Strong project management skills
- Extremely detail-oriented with analytical precision and consistency
- Ability to manage complexity across a diverse store group
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-brand retail environment
- Proven ability in data analysis and managing large, complex spreadsheets
- Understanding of multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong teamwork skills and aptitude for cross-functional collaboration
