Responsibilities

  • Coordinate equity processes for globally mobile employees to ensure compliance and reporting
  • Support RSU vesting activities with Payroll and Finance teams
  • Lead regulatory filings for global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support equity transactions and dividend activities where applicable
  • Assist Payroll with equity reporting and reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain resources for employee education on equity compensation
  • Maintain stock administration intranet content
  • Support communication initiatives that promote clarity in equity programs
  • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Respond to auditor requests and internal inquiries promptly
  • Assist employees with stock plan questions and provide clear guidance
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit readiness

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting stock plans, including international programs
  • Knowledge of equity compensation and international mobility taxation concepts
  • Strong organization, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
