Automotive Sales Representative / Business Development (2 Years + Experience)
North Houston Mitsubishi & Dealermart
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) BDC professional to join our in-store Business Development Center at North Houston Mitsubishi / Dealermart Houston.
This role is best suited for someone who already understands the pace, expectations, and responsibility of a dealership BDC environment and is ready to step in and produce from day one. You’ll work within established processes, with strong lead flow and leadership support, in a department focused on performance and consistency.
There is immediate opportunity for advancement into a Team Lead role for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound sales calls to internet and phone leads
- Scheduling both sales and service appointments
- Confirming appointments and setting clear expectations with customers
- Confidently assisting both English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity and notes
- Supporting showroom traffic through effective appointment setting
- Working collaboratively with sales and service teams in-store

Requirements
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) – required
- Automotive BDC experience required
- Familiarity with VinSolutions and Cox Automotive tools preferred
- Strong phone presence and professional written communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a performance-driven role designed for experienced BDC agents who want control over their income.
- $4,000 – $10,000+ per month based on performance
- Competitive base pay combined with strong appointment and sold-unit incentives
- Consistent lead flow and clearly defined processes that support high production
- No cap on performance-based earnings for top performers
High-performing agents who execute consistently often reach the upper end of the pay range and beyond.
