Position Summary
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Northwest Houston area. This role involves prospecting and building relationships with local builders, property managers, moving companies, and other target markets, while educating them about New Creations’ service offerings. You'll be the face of our brand in the field, helping expand our client base and generate recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities with property managers, builders, moving/restoration companies, and other local partners
- Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to build and maintain a robust pipeline
- Present service offerings clearly and confidently, tailoring solutions to client needs
- Provide estimates and proposals; close deals and ensure smooth client handoff to operations
- Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads and progress
- Represent New Creations at networking events, community functions, and industry meetups
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with high energy, integrity, and drive to succeed
- Familiarity with Northwest Houston and surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM, and email tools
What We Offer
- $500 weekly base pay (this also includes $150 per week for personal vehicle allowance)
- 10% commission on all closed sales (uncapped earnings)
