Inspired by life and the concept of a new science at the frontier between cosmetics and medicine, NAOS is developing its activities in the fields of beauty, health and well-being through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur. Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/US) is looking for a Key Account Manager.

This position will be located in our offices in Houston, Texas.

Own the full commercial strategy and execution for Target (omnichannel) and Walmart (in-store & online) in the U.S. This includes managing account-level P&Ls, forecasts, trade budgets, and the launch and daily oversight of a 3PL model at Walmart. You will drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across both retailers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the day-to-day management of Target and Walmart accounts across in-store, .com, and app.
  • Build and execute annual Joint Business Plans, aligned with brand and customer strategies.
  • Own sales forecasting, planning, and budget tracking; deliver revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage full account P&Ls and optimize trade spend to maximize ROI.
  • Launch and manage 3PL operations at Walmart to improve supply chain efficiency and in-stock performance.
  • Partner with demand planning and supply teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Execute and optimize retail media (Walmart Connect, Roundel) and PDP content across channels.
  • Analyze POS and performance data (POL, Luminate) to drive insight-based decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, finance, supply chain) to support execution.

PROFIL & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8 years of U.S. CPG or beauty retail account management experience.
  • Proven success managing Walmart and/or Target, including digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, P&L management, trade budget ownership, and 3PL coordination.
  • Proficient in Excel, POS data tools (Luminate, POL), and syndicated data platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
