Manning Pool Service – Houston, TX

Manning Pool Service is seeking a seasoned, professional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced salesperson who can step in, take ownership of the role, and contribute immediately.

⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are not in a position to train or mentor junior or inexperienced candidates. This role requires 3–5 years of prior sales experience and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Position Overview

This role combines inside sales, outbound calling, and customer communication in a fast-paced home services environment. You will work closely with management, customers, and field technicians to generate sales, follow up on leads, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable closing, and thrives in a small, team-oriented office.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday
• 40-hour work week
• Weekends off
• Starting pay at $18/hour, with higher pay available based on proven experience.
• All major holidays paid

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls and cold calling
• Following up on leads, quotes, and existing customers
• Closing service and upgrade opportunities
• Answering incoming calls and emails professionally
• Supporting field technicians with scheduling and customer communication
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Working closely with management as part of a small, collaborative team

Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

• 3–5 years of professional sales experience (required)
• Strong phone skills, including cold calling and closing
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a small office environment
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Location Requirement

This is an in-office position.

Applicants must live within approximately 30 minutes of our office. Longer commutes have proven unsustainable for this role, and candidates outside this range will not be considered.
