Job Responsibilities

Lone Star Turbo is seeking an Aftermarket Inside Sales & Project Manager to support and manage aftermarket business, including parts, overhauls, and field services. This role combines sales, project coordination, and customer relationship management, and is designed as a developmental position that can lead to a future Regional Sales role after gaining in-depth knowledge of our business. This position is responsible for managing aftermarket opportunities from initial quote through project completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Quote, sell, and manage aftermarket orders, including parts, overhauls, and field services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the aftermarket project lifecycle
  • Coordinate internally with Engineering, Field Service, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure successful execution
  • Review and interpret customer specifications, field reports, and legacy equipment data to determine appropriate engineering solutions.
  • Plan, track, and document aftermarket projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Handle internal and external issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support startup and commissioning coordination as needed
  • Develop strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term growth

Experience (Preferred)

  • Project management experience
  • Account management or inside sales experience
  • Field service or field supervision experience
  • Technical or industrial sales experience
  • Prior leadership or team coordination experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Experience (Helpful)

  • Hands-on mechanical or industrial experience
  • Mechanical or technical knowledge related to rotating equipment
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and customer conflict
  • Strong cognitive reasoning and detail orientation
