Position Overview
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building high-performing teams? LGI is seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our strategic expansion. What You’ll Do
- Lead Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term connections with clients, carriers, and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and loyalty.
- Own the Sales Pipeline: Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiate with Confidence: Secure competitive rates while balancing profitability and service excellence.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.
- Achieve & Exceed Goals: Consistently hit—and surpass—monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, ideally within freight brokerage or logistics.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driven & Independent: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
