In the role of a Territory Sales Representative at Leaf Home, your mission is to impart knowledge to potential clients about the advantages of LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement. By conducting quick inspections from the street, you will learn to spot potential challenges that Leaf Home can solve for homeowners.

Core Duties

• Generate leads for our sales team by covering your assigned area, going door to door, and engaging with potential customers about Leaf Home offerings (local travel necessary).
• Employ a consultative sales approach to inform consumers about Leaf Home’s benefits and collect data for the sales team to schedule an in-person product presentation.
• Provide daily reports of results to management and cultivate collaborative relationships with fellow sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home products with professionalism, ensuring potential customers enjoy a superior experience.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Capable of working evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both internal and external parties.
• Highly motivated to exceed sales targets.
• Focused on customer satisfaction and results-oriented.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a visa (e.g., H1B).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outside daily, facing the elements, including bad weather. Requires extended periods of walking/standing.
• Work environments include field offices, manufacturing, and construction settings.
• Sedentary tasks may involve exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally and minimal force frequently to lift, carry, or move objects.
