Creative Excellence</strong></li> <ul> <li>Own the brand writing strategy across all paid media channels, ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and positioning</li> <li>Develop, refine, and scale positioning playbooks that guide high-performing, conversion-focused copywriting</li> <li>Establish creative quality standards for ad copy, landing pages, CTAs, and video scripts to drive stronger channel performance</li> </ul> <li><strong>Copywriting Leadership in Performance Marketing</strong></li> <ul> <li>Oversee the velocity and performance of copy across paid social, search, display, and programmatic channels</li> <li>Regularly analyze campaign data to identify top-performing messaging patterns and guide ongoing optimizations</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed benchmarks for copy volume, quality, and impact on ROAS and CTR</li> <li>Personally write high-impact copy for key campaigns, vertical launches, and rapid-test environments</li> </ul> <li><strong>Innovation &amp; Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
