The Opportunity

We are scaling our high-performance remote sales organization designed for closers who want to focus exclusively on selling.

This role operates within the residential solar industry, using a fully remote, phone-based sales model with pre-qualified homeowners.

You will be stepping into a fully engineered sales system where:

  • Appointments are pre-booked and placed directly onto your calendar
  • You receive a minimum of 3 qualified appointments per day
  • There is zero prospecting and zero cold calling
  • You follow a proven, duplicatable sales process
  • You close same day
  • You earn $2,000–$3,000 per closed deal on average
  • Payout occurs on a 60–70 day cycle (standard for this vertical)

Your role is simple

Run the appointment. Control the call. Close the deal.

What You Will NOT Be Doing

Let’s remove all ambiguity.

  • No cold calling
  • No prospecting
  • No lead generation
  • No CRM babysitting

We have project managers, workflow automations, and operational infrastructure so your time is spent selling.

Your Core Responsibilities

This is a closer role, not a “talker” role.

You will be responsible for

  • Running pre-booked appointments placed directly on your calendar
  • Following a tight, documented sales process
  • Presenting with authority and call control
  • Same-day closing
  • Maintaining a minimum 70% close rate
  • Following up with no-shows / DNAs
  • Re-engaging missed appointments using a proven rebooking script
  • Getting non-answers back on the calendar and closed

If a lead does not answer, you do not discard it — you work it, rebook it, and close it.

Volume, Capacity & Long-Term Earning Potential

Appointments are booked directly onto your calendar.

At the highest performance tier, elite closers will receive up to 24 booked appointments per day.

Not all appointments will answer — performance is measured by what you convert, rebook, and close.

Lead volume is merit-based, not tenure-based.

Closers who consistently demonstrate

  • Elite close rates
  • Exceptional rebooking ability on DNAs and non-answers
  • Low cancellation rates
  • Strong deal quality through install
  • Full adherence to process and call standards

...will be systematically prioritized for increased volume.

At scale, this role supports multi seven-figure annual earnings for top performers who can:

  • Handle sustained appointment volume
  • Maintain high close rates under load
  • Aggressively recover missed appointments
  • Protect deal quality through the full cycle

There is no artificial cap on earnings or appointments.

Performance Standards (Non-Negotiable)

This environment exists to protect top performers.

  • 70%+ close rate required
  • Process adherence is mandatory
  • Coachability is mandatory
  • Ego without execution will not survive here

Our system supports well above a 70% close rate when followed correctly.

Performance Accountability & Retention Policy

All closers are held to defined KPIs, including

  • Close rate
  • Rebooking performance
  • Cancellation rate
  • Process adherence and deal quality

Accountability is immediate

  • Below KPI for more than one (1) consecutive week → mandatory retraining
  • Below KPI for two (2) consecutive weeks after retraining → reassignment to a self-appointment setting role or separation
