NOW HIRING: STRUCTURAL WELDERS & STRUCTURAL FITTERS!

We are hiring experienced Structural Welders and Structural Fitters for a very long-term opportunity in a manufacturing shop environment!

STRUCTURAL WELDERS

• Pay: $25-$33/hour, based on experience
• Proficient in assigned welding processes and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
• Knowledge of welding wire, filler materials, and steel alloys
• Experience with welding equipment, weld preparation, and finishing
• Ability to perform grinding and complete inspection documentation

STRUCTURAL FITTERS

• Pay: $25-$30/hour, based on experience
• Additional 10% shift differential for night shift
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience fitting, cutting, and tack welding structural materials
• Knowledge of structural shapes, sizes, and welding joints
• Ability to operate a torch and beveling machine
• Proficiency in basic math, measuring tools, and inspection reports

SCHEDULE & WORK DETAILS

• Hours: 60+ hours per week
• Shifts: Day and/or night shifts available
• Duration: Very long-term opportunity (12+ months)
• Work Environment: Manufacturing shop; non-air-conditioned environment
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, work up to 6 days per week, and lift or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• PPE: Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred/required, depending on position
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping
